• 2-night minimum stay, except for major holidays (3-night min.)

• All bookings must be made through Airbnb, VRBO or Expedia. Click any of the Airbnb, VRBO or Expedia links on our website under each retreat page to book your retreat(s) and to view current rates. If you do not have an Airbnb or VRBO account, creating one is free and easy.  Rescheduling is available, preferred and free of charge. Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in-date is at least 14 days away.  50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. All booking are managed through Airbnb, VRBO or Expedia.
• A cleaning fee of $65 will be applied to each booking to keep each retreat ‘So Fresh and So Clean’.
• Book up to 14 nights. That’s right! Grab that comfy blanket and stay awhile. All bookings greater than 7 nights will receive further communication by staff for cleaning and maintenance purposes, once booking is complete.
  

• Check-In is any time after 4:00 pm and no later than 11:00 pm. Check-Out is at 10:00 am.
• Each retreat has a smart lock system. When you book a stay, you will receive a code through airbnb for accessing your retreat during your stay. Enjoy our self check-in system. 
• At this time, we are not accepting late check-outs. We appreciate your understanding for our small cleaning staffs schedule and retreat turnover volume.
  

• We take extra steps to make sure each retreat is thoroughly sanitized for your safety and comfort.
• Each retreat is fully stocked. Amenities not included in your stay include toiletries and groceries with the exception of a limited amount of salt, pepper, pam spray and select coffee, tinfoil, ziplock bags, and matches in each retreat. 
• Should guests encounter any malfunctioning equipment they should contact us right away. Every effort will be made to remedy the situation and make repairs as quickly as possible. No refunds will be made for the malfunction of non-essential equipment.
• Firewood is provided onsite due to Wisconsin firewood regulations.
• Little ones are welcome! Premises are not childproof, and parents are responsible for the safety of their children and breakable item throughout retreats.
• A community area with pavilion, swing & fire pit is available on the property for all guests to enjoy during their stay.
• We thank our guests in advanced for leaving the premises, retreats and furnishing in clean and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs outside normal maintenance, reasonable wear and tear, or for an unusual degree of cleaning. We reserve the right to charge guests for any stolen items.
• We love the peace and quite our retreats offer. We thank guests in advanced for respecting the surrounding guests peace and quiet.
• All retreats are non-smoking including outdoor overlooking patios. 
  

• Well behaved dogs and potty trained dogs are welcome in Pine Knob, Bunker Hill, Moss Hill, Pettinger & Krueger with a $50 fee and prior stay notice. Two dog limit. Dogs are not allowed in Sugarloaf or Wanlass.
• We kindly ask dogs not be allowed on furniture, as an addition cleaning charge may ensue. Please bring along your doggy bed(s), blanket(s) and crate(s) to ensure furniture and retreat protection.
• Dogs must not disturb other guest and be kept in good control. We kindly ask that you crate your dog when left unattended. 
• Dogs are not to be tied outside. Damage by pet to property is owner’s sole responsibility.
• Sorry, no other animals besides dogs allowed at High Point Retreats.
